ELDERBERRY // Dry Whole Elderberries
Elderberries are one of the deep-colored treasures of our farm harvest. We gather the ripe berries by hand at Beloved Acres Farm and dry them at a low temperature, creating a shelf-stable ingredient with a rich, dark color and distinctive berry character.
We tend our plants throughout the growing season, control weeds by hand, and never use pesticides on our herbs. We use certified organic seeds whenever possible. Each harvest may vary naturally in berry size and color.
