TANSY // Dry Flowers and Leaves
Tansy brings a bold splash of yellow to our summer harvest. Its clusters of small, button-shaped flowers add distinctive color and texture to dried botanical arrangements. We gather the flowers by hand at Beloved Acres Farm and dry them slowly at a low temperature to help retain their natural appearance.
We tend our herbs throughout the growing season, use certified organic seeds whenever possible, control weeds by hand, and never use pesticides on our herbs.
