MONARDA // Wild Beramot
Monarda, also known as wild bergamot, is one of the most striking herbs we grow at Beloved Acres Farm. Its lavender-pink blooms have a wonderfully untamed shape, and its leaves carry a distinctive herbal scent. It brings color, texture, and a little wildflower character to our harvest.
We tend our herbs throughout the growing season, use certified organic seeds whenever possible, control weeds by hand, and never use pesticides on our herbs. We harvest by hand and dry our botanicals slowly at a low temperature to help retain their natural color and aroma.
