Lavender is one of those herbs that makes you pause as you walk through the garden. Its slender stems, clusters of purple flowers, and unmistakable floral scent bring a little beauty to every part of the growing season. Once dried, it’s a lovely way to bring a piece of that season indoors.
We grow our lavender at Beloved Acres Farm, where we plant and tend our herbs with care. We use certified organic seeds whenever possible, weed and harvest by hand, and never use pesticides on our herbs. After harvest, we dry our botanicals slowly at a low temperature to help retain their natural color and aroma. Each batch is a small reflection of the season in which it grew.
