MULLEIN LEAF // Dry Leaves
Mullein is hard to miss in the garden. Its large, velvety leaves grow in a low rosette before the plant sends up its tall flower stalk. We love the soft texture and silvery-green color the leaves bring to our collection of farm-grown botanicals.
At Beloved Acres Farm, we tend our herbs throughout the season, control weeds by hand, and never use pesticides on our herbs. We use certified organic seeds whenever possible. We harvest mullein leaves by hand and dry them slowly at a low temperature to help retain their natural color and character.
