Flashback
This seven year stallion is a replica of his great sire Loud An Proud. He was purchased from Beloved Acres when he was 20 months old. He then was trained under saddle and was well disciplined for his age. This gentleman now is offering him for sale and his remarks are the following.------I have owned him since he was 20 months old, having purchased him from the farm where he was born and raised in Norene, TN. He had some professional training. I have trail-ridden this horse all over TN for the last 6 years. Really, the main reason I am considering selling him is I have that itch most of you are familiar with to just get another horse. I really like developing and training a horse, and for some time now he’s known everything I can teach him. He is a very calm stud, having been ridden in large groups, and around mares ever since I’ve owned him. Most people think he’s a gelding when we encounter them on the trail. He has been camping and picketed out for days at a time and kept in stalls like at East Fork and Big South Fork beside strange horses repeatedly. He is very flashy and is extremely smooth at any speed. It takes no effort to get him to saddle, as he has a natural 4 beat gait. He has always been flat shod with keg shoes. He’s always received regular vet care and wormings. He is a big, strong horse who goes all day when you ask him to, but is easy to ride. Not for a beginner as he is a stud. He loads like a dream, stands, clips, bathes, you name it... One blue eye. He has a very sweet disposition and comes to you-when he sees you outside he comes right up, even with the bridle in your hand. I keep him in a pasture with 2 other geldings-he’s clearly the boss but not mean about it. He is not skittish or spooky and has seen everything on the trail. He bred a mare 3 years ago and was very easy to handle, in fact I can ride him immediately before and after breeding with the mare present. I’ve often thought to breed him more, but have never advertised him or gotten around to it. If you are looking for a head turning, experienced, ready to ride smooth trail horse, this is the guy. I am going to hate to see him go, but have decided I want a solid colored and slightly smaller horse.
These pics are from last year, but he is shod, and ready to go. Call 615 714-2605 or email. I can email more pics, video and papers upon request. Flashback can also be seen under saddle on Horseville. Email is-- tmontgomery@sectn.com
